Board & Non-Executive

Leadership

Sapna's work at Formation is grounded in lived experience at the governance table. Across her career, she has served as a non-executive leader, trustee, and committee chair across national organisations in health, research, and the third sector, shaping policy, strengthening inclusive governance, and bringing independent challenge where it matters most.

Her board portfolio reflects the same principles Formation brings to its clients: that good governance is not just about structure, but about who is in the room, how decisions are made, and what valuesunderpin them.
